Hi!

I'm Brad.

I'm a New Zealand registered Dietitian and PhD candidate in the Department of Medicine at University of Otago, Dunedin.

My current PhD research looks at how technology use at night impacts our sleep, and in-turn how it impacts how we move or what we eat the next day. Check out my research project click here.

The way I work is to provide people everyday life applications based on scientific evidence.

What is healthy eating?

“I believe healthy eating is not about making one or two changes, or about eating specific kinds of foods; it’s about an overall diet pattern in terms of food quality,
including using whole foods that are recognisable in their natural state in every meal. It is also about meal patterns, portion sizes, and attitudes towards foods” Brad

With my expertise, you can:

  • Be released from the constraints of typical dieting and exercise regimes

  • Strive towards new health and fitness goals

  • Improve your mindset towards nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits

  • Strike out on your own and begin to improvise

It’s about changing yourself for the better and keeping it that way.

Growing up in Arrowtown, I draw inspiration from my education, evidence-based research, interactions with colleagues, and learning from my own journey.

You can look forward to one on one sessions with me where where I will help you implement your skills as you learn.
